Refund policy
LuxeDrive par humara maqsad aapko behtar experience dena hai. Agar aap apne product se satisfied nahi hain, toh hum yahan aapki madad ke liye hain.
1. Return Ki Muddat (Return Window)
Aap product milne ke 7 dinon ke andar return request darj kar sakte hain. 7 din beet jaane ke baad, badkismati se hum aapko refund ya exchange offer nahi kar payenge.
2. Return Ki Shartein (Eligibility)
Return ke liye aapka product niche di gayi sharton par khara utarna chahiye:
Product bilkul usi halat mein hona chahiye jisme aapko mila tha.
Ye Unused (istemal kiya hua nahi) hona chahiye.
Product apni Original Packaging aur saare tags ke saath hona chahiye.
3. Refund Ka Process
Ek baar jab humein aapka return mil jayega aur hum uska inspection (check) kar lenge, toh hum aapko email ya SMS ke zariye suchit karenge.
Agar aapka return approve ho jata hai, toh aapka refund 5-7 working days mein aapke bank account ya original payment method mein credit kar diya jayega.
COD Orders: Cash on Delivery orders ke liye hum aapse aapke bank details ya UPI ID maangenge taaki hum refund bhej sakein.
4. Return Shipping
Agar product damage ya galat mila hai, toh hum aapse koi shipping charge nahi lenge.
Agar aap kisi personal reason (jaise ab zarurat nahi hai) ki wajah se return kar rahe hain, toh shipping charges customer ko dene ho sakte hain.
5. Damage Ya Galat Product
Agar aapko koi damage ya galat product mila hai, toh kripya turant humein [Apna Email Address Daalein] par product ki photo/video ke saath contact karein. Hum bina kisi extra charge ke aapka product replace kar denge.
